Camille was at the Japanese World Performance and shared his passion and great energy throughout the event! Hiromi our local distributor offered him amazing hospitality allowing him to discover Japan in a local way.
The event was great with all the Japanese windsurf industry coming together and joining forces to push the passion and the sport forward!

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing Tom’s tribulation updates take you in magical places and just make you want to drop everything and go discover more of what’s out there. The last one is no exception: a windsurfing tale .
“After the EFPT event in sigri/Greece I returned to mauritius for some training and shooting. We did couple if nice fotos at one eye from the helicopter, water and tower. … see attached fotos. There will be some of them comin up in the motion magazine, funboard and surf magazin. I was supposed to participate also at the reunion wave classic, but unfortunately the event got cancelled due to two shark attacks that happened just before in july.
At the last week of the mauritius stay I had an unlucky crash on the reef and got some sea urchins deep in my hand. Had little surgery and returned back home earlier, but things are getting better slowly. Then we had the Austrian championships happening end of September in podersdorf where I have been occupied with organising the windsurfing side of the event.
Right now I am in south france acting as race director for the EFPT competition in Six-Fours and next week will move on to the UK for the final event of the European tour in Weymouth.

After a great season and a epic battle for the first place, Camille takes the title right ahead of Levi. Bernd after a consistent season and a amzing victory on his homespot secures his 3d place on the podium!
We really are stoked to have these guys on board and congratulate them for their epic performance and unique style!
We would also like to give a big shout out to Ingrig Larouche finsih 1st women overall , Brian Caserio (1st Master Ovrall) and young talent Casey Rehrer (1st place Junior and 2ND overall amateur)!

Congratulations from all the tean to Bernd for wining the Makani Classic! He ripped all the way with consistency , a quality that define true competitors. He fought and beat Kevin Pritchard twice in the double elimiation to claim his well deserved victory!
At 16 only, he sets new standarts and we are excited to see how he will define the new limits of the windsurfing…

Maui tend to get flat, flat, flat and flat in summer. That’s the time for windsurfers to find alternative activities:

The American Windsurf tour is the perfect fertilizer for premium Wavesailor that usually get limited in a more conventional format. Levi, has been a reference in wave-sailing for years but could never express his real potential, Camille follow other tours, but always felt like he couldn’t fullly express himself.
The AWT makes these kind of sailor shine through and gives them the opportunity to ride a large variety of conditions: starboard,portack,soft waves to power swell from the pacific…It really gives plenty for everyone to show what they can do!
Camille grasped this opportunity and it’s paying off! He is now leading the AWT ranking in front of Levi, and with one event left, things are spicing up! With the best Hawaiian riders, Camille defending his title and needing to secure his ranking, Levi sailing better then ever, live broadcast…there will be plenty to show in Maui in a couple of weeks!
